Dispenser Bag

This little dispenser bag can be attached to your dog's leash with the velcro tabs/buttons, and it can also latch onto your belt buckle.  When needed pull a doggy bag out of the dispenser, clean up your pets' mess and then dispose of in an environmentally friendly way.
