Products only available to residents of Australia.

We aim to process orders within 48 -72 hours . Delivery usually takes 6-10 Business Days.  Please take into consideration the circumstances (flooding, fires ........).  If there are delays, we will email you with details.

Personalised items , special order items may take longer, but times will be stated on the product page if this is the case.

Our products are stocked in multiple warehouses, and just like Amazon or Ebay, you may receive your items in several different parcels, as we try to dispatch items as soon as they are available, so that you receive them faster.

This applies to single items as well as items purchased as a bundle.
